• 2 ½ cups egg noodles

  • 2 6oz cans tuna drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup miracle whip
  • Optional: 1/3 cup onion diced, 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • Personalize with your choice of topping: crumbled Ritz crackers or classic favorite crushed potato chips!


    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    In a large pot, boil water and cook noodles until not quite tender. Mix miracle whip and cream of mushroom soup together. Grease casserole dish and stir in noodles, tuna, (peas and onions) and soup mixture. Sprinkle with topping of choice. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly on top.
