Ingredients:
3 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ham diced or crumbled sausage
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 12(oz.) can evaporated milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Spoon shredded potatoes, then top with cheese and ham or sausage. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, and evaporated milk. Pour egg mixture over potatoes.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes
